Estimation Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to lead our team of estimators in shaping the next phase of estimating processes and submissions.

This role offers both autonomy and influence at the executive level. The team operates across diverse sectors, including data centres, renewables, BESS, EV infrastructure, substations, and major civil works.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of estimators, managing live bids, formal submissions, and EOI processes, overseeing team performance, stakeholder engagement, rate tracking, and progress reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a head for systems and strategy, and extensive experience in civil infrastructure work. High energy, elite soft skills, and client-facing experience are also paramount.
