About the Role

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Client Success Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every Gartner client receives the support and guidance they need to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries and levels of seniority.
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate the value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
  • Achieve demo goals, including calls per day, demo quality, and close/pipeline advancement rates.
Requirements
  • 12 months of relevant professional experience.
  • A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
