Client Success Associate

The Client Success team at Gartner follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates in this role seek to understand and surface clients' business priorities, break down challenges, and identify effective ways to support clients in making informed decisions for their business. They are responsible for onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement with products used by large client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and manage relationships with a variety of clients, from senior C-levels to junior client professionals in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return on investment for Gartner membership.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
- Achieve demo goals, including calls per day, demo quality, and close/pipeline advancement rates.
Requirements:
- 12 months of relevant professional experience.
- A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
