About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at CreativeCubes. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our WorkSpaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Building: Foster a positive and inclusive community within our WorkSpaces, promoting collaboration and connection among clients and staff.
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing networking events, community functions, and other activities that promote client engagement and business growth.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily operations, including reception duties, mail distribution, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and assist in training new team members.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with clients and staff.
