About the Role

Aidacare Pty is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a 6 month Fixed Term Contract on a Full Time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through business directories and client referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of sales enquiries.
  • Ensure the CRM database is accurately segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Participate in regular product training to enhance product knowledge and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of performance improvement, attending relevant training and seeking opportunities for cross-training with other Customer Service staff.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the Internal Sales Team, adhering to Safety and Safe Work Practice guidelines.
  • Meet Aidacare's standards for delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers, collaborating with other functional areas to resolve issues.
  • Assist in achieving productivity and quality goals aligned with business plans, ensuring Customer Service levels meet Aidacare's objectives.
  • Understand and utilize the computer system involved in the sales process.
  • Process documents accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage tasks specific to Sales and Customer Service, carrying out additional duties as instructed by management.
  • Adhere to the Quality Management System procedures and follow instructions from management.
