- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities through business directories and client referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of sales enquiries.
- Ensure the CRM database is accurately segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Participate in regular product training to enhance product knowledge and improve customer satisfaction.

- Assist in achieving productivity and quality goals aligned with business plans, ensuring Customer Service levels meet Aidacare's objectives.
- Understand and utilize the computer system involved in the sales process.
- Process documents accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage tasks specific to Sales and Customer Service, carrying out additional duties as instructed by management.
- Adhere to the Quality Management System procedures and follow instructions from management.
