We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Guest Experience Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our members and patrons have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to prospective members, handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with our services and activities, and have a strong knowledge of our offerings.
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
What We're Looking For
- A strong customer service background, with experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
