About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Console Operator - Night Shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the console, making coffee, and cooking in our in-store cafe.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the console, managing sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food in our in-store cafe.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
