Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Check-In: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in process.
  • Room Assignments and Key Distribution: Assign rooms to guests and distribute keys, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Guest Services and Support: Provide assistance and support to guests throughout their stay, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using excellent problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our property management system and other software applications.
