About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Dusk. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our candles and homeware products, enabling you to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually appealing store displays and maintaining a high level of store presentation, ensuring that our stores are always inviting and engaging.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive and supportive work environment, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
