Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Airport Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our check-in crew, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers, ensuring their travel documents are in order, and managing their baggage and boarding passes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly at check-in and ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Process and verify travel documents, including passports and boarding passes.
  • Assign seats and issue baggage reclaim vouchers as required.
  • Assist with gate boarding procedures and manage passenger marshalling and disruptions as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Oceania Ground Force offers a range of benefits to our employees, including:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $26.10, exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation.
  • 11.5% Superannuation contributions.
  • Shift penalties for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
  • Additional pay for weekend work (time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays).
  • Company-provided uniform.
  • Comprehensive paid training and enrolment in a Cert III course.
