Airport Customer Service Representative

About the Role
Oceania Ground Force is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Check-In Crew member. As a key member of our ground handling services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly at check-in and ensure travel documents meet requirements.
- Assign seats, prepare and issue boarding passes, and manage baggage.
- Assist with gate boarding procedures and marshal passengers as needed.
- Manage disruptions and provide support to customers during challenging situations.

Requirements
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
- Ability to work any shift from 05:00 to 23:00.
- Capacity to be able to work between 20 - 25 hours per week.
- Availability for 2 weeks of full-time paid training.
