Job Summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Sydney Metro. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our Residential Managers, employees, residents, visitors, and guests across our Sydney Metro homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong administrative support to the home leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the fulfilment and publishing of the fortnightly roster, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employees.
  • Assist with occupancy of rooms and create a welcoming home environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide high-quality service to families and the community, promoting the dignity, life, and spirituality of older people.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted driving license and own car.
  • Proven administration experience in a busy role, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Cert II or III in Business Administration or similar qualification.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
