Job Title: Key Account Business Developer

The Business Support Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This entails taking ownership of each customer interaction, ensuring all requirements are met, and providing exceptional support via multiple communication channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to every customer query, offering timely assistance and solutions.
  • Process customer orders within specified time frames, adhering to established standards.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to the production team, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Promote the company's products and services to existing and potential customers, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Manage phone calls professionally, resolving customer concerns efficiently.

Key Competencies:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and other mediums.
  • Work collaboratively as an integral part of the business support team.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Avery products and processes.
  • Enter and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Exposure to Sales or Supply Chain/Logistics will be highly regarded.
  • An enthusiastic, resourceful, and organized individual with high attention to detail.
  • A professional communicator (verbal and written).
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
