Job Title: Business Development Executive - Key Account Management

We are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our team in a key account management role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established brand in the industry that's going from strength to strength.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations, providing effective daily communication with key stakeholders, and developing and managing business processes and procedures as they relate to account management, customer feedback, and key performance indicators.

  • Manage customer relations and provide effective daily communication with key stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and financial reporting to identify and address any commercial challenges.
  • P&L management Utilising data and insights to build and deliver actionable category plans and growth initiatives.
  • Manage customer expectations around supply with limited volume forecasts and influence for commercially viable outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ Years' experience in a similar business development or account management role.
  • Demonstrated analytical and commercial ability.
  • Self-driven and ability to hustle where required.
  • Self-awareness and problem-solving ability.
