About the Role
This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of our human rights agenda within Woolworths Group.
You will provide technical guidance and advice on the Responsible Sourcing Program and partner with internal teams, supplier partners, and third-party certification schemes to ensure compliance with our Responsible Sourcing Policy and Standards.
- You will be responsible for generating data-driven reports and dashboards for Responsible Sourcing, providing actionable insights into human rights risks and trends.
- You will identify opportunities for system improvements to innovate and bring efficiencies.
- You will liaise with key stakeholders, including internal teams, commercial and sourcing teams, social compliance schemes, and suppliers, to embed human rights strategic priorities and risk mitigation processes.
- You will support corrective action and remediation of non-conformances arising from social compliance audits.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, with experience working with pivot tables, to gather, interpret, and use complex data to prioritise actionable steps, identify trends, and areas for improvement.
- Prior experience in responsible sourcing/human rights, compliance, and/or auditing, with knowledge of global and domestic supply chain issues.
- Experience working with the food industry would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience working with third-party certifiers and/or audit schemes.
- A strong ability to recognise, understand, and influence the motivations of others, to manage situations where strong emotions are present, and to drive positive outcomes.
