**Job Overview**

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist multidisciplinary service that supports individuals experiencing memory loss or cognitive changes.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administration professional to provide administrative support, including frontline reception, making appointments for clients with our team members, and performing various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and possess a high level of keyboard skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CDAMS team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
  • Making appointments for clients with our multidisciplinary team members
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Requirements:

  • Experience in a health administration role and/or qualifications in Administration Studies (or similar)
  • Sound skills in all areas of administration practice, procedures, and processes
  • Able to analyse, improve, and implement new office practices
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities, and meet deadlines, accompanied by an ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound communication skills (written & oral)
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to all members of the team as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results at an individual level and as a member of a high-functioning team
  • High level of keyboard skills with demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of computerised data systems and advanced level of skill and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
