
Administrative Services Coordinator

The Administration Officer is a crucial member of the team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all clinics and the call centre on a daily basis.
This senior administrative role involves close collaboration with medical, nursing, and clerical staff to facilitate an integrated model of care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), and other key stakeholders to drive service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Retention: Participate in the process of recruiting, selecting, and retaining administration staff who share our commitment to excellence.
- Team Coordination: Lead the Specialist Outpatient Clinics administration team, overseeing the monitoring and organisation of administrative elements, including the call centre.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster efficient teamwork and service provision, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Administrative Experience: A proven track record of working in a similar administrative role, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership: Prior experience in leading and coordinating administrative teams, with a talent for inspiring and motivating others.
- Certifications: Qualifications in Business / Office Administration are preferred but not essential, as is certification in medical terminology.
