Job Title: Rostering and Administration Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rostering and Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive exceptional support by fulfilling day-to-day rostering requirements, providing accurate support information and shift details, entering shifts, leave and mileage into the CRM rostering tool accurately, answering and screening incoming calls, preparing and coordinating participant service agreements, administering the client intake process, and providing timely solutions to participant queries and complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in rostering or scheduling high volumes of services using electronic rostering systems
  • A motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and mathematical ability to calculate costs of services
