Urgent Opportunity: Drive Strategic People and Culture Excellence

Lead people agenda and deliver lasting impact on Utilities O&M business.

Oversee end-to-end P&C operations, champion employee engagement, leadership development, and inclusivity through meaningful initiatives like Gender Equity Action Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan.

Take ownership of P&C function for Utilities O&M, partnering with senior leaders to align strategy, foster accountability, and build culture on trust and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include leading strategic and operational P&C activities, mentoring leaders to build inclusive teams, and engaging staff through site visits and feedback sessions.
