Technical Trainer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Ford technicians across our dealership network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training, curriculum training, new model training, and performance improvement training to Ford technicians.
- Review and update technical training materials to ensure they are relevant and effective.
- Provide in-depth instruction to technicians on Ford vehicle systems, components, and technologies.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce technician knowledge.
- Ensure training facilities, tools, and equipment are maintained and ready for use.
- Update training attendance and student completion details in the Learning Management System.
Requirements:
- Training certification and/or previous experience in technical training.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Above-average proficiency with MS Office products.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, software, and equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
