Technical Training Specialist

**About the Role**
Ford Motor Company is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Melbourne. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to Ford technicians across our dealership network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training programs, curriculum training, new model training (NMT), and performance improvement training across Australia and New Zealand.
- Review technical training materials and make market-relevant adjustments to ensure a high level of quality.
- Supervise the Technical Training Centre and oversee the maintenance of the Technical Training Facility, including tools and equipment.
- Prepare training classrooms and work bays before conducting classroom training, including preparation of teaching aids, tools, and equipment.
- Provide in-depth instructions to technicians on Ford vehicle systems, components, and technologies.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce technician knowledge of Ford vehicles.
- Ensure and maintain training facility, tools & equipment for readiness and safety.
About You
- A Training certification and/or previous experience/roles in the Technical Training arena.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Above-average proficiency with MS Office products.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, software, and equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Full Australian Driver's License.
