We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Linear Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and developing technical training courses in the low carbon and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the audience, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive content.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry standards, and company practices to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
  3. Facilitate hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and practical applications to reinforce learning objectives.
  4. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  5. Work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant qualifications in training or assessing are ideal but not essential.
  2. Knowledge of low carbon / renewable technologies, systems, and products.
  3. Familiarity with short course delivery and adult learning principles.
  4. Experience with development and/or adaptation of training materials.

The salary is competitive and based on experience.
