Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs and communicate effectively regarding learning & development initiatives.
  • Training Administration: Manage all aspects of training logistics, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.
  • Apprentice Program Coordination: Oversee the apprentice program, facilitating training and development opportunities.
  • Training Provider Procurement: Identify and engage training providers to deliver high-quality training solutions.
  • Learning Management Systems: Administer LMS and contribute to the development of training procedures and projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Undergraduate studies or Certificate IV in HRM/L&D preferred; Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Previous L&D coordination experience within a large organization is essential.
  • Administration skills: Intermediate MS Office and LMS skills are required.
  • Strong literacy, numerical, and analytical skills: Essential.
  • Professional Representation: High-level business partnering, and customer service skills are crucial.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in a technical or industrial environment is preferred.
