Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment. In this newly created position, you will take the lead on creating and implementing L&D initiatives and frameworks for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the Learning and Development calendar in line with operational priorities and organisational values.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver internal learning activities.
- Provide general HR advice to managers and supervisors.
- Maintain training registers and provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
- Work as a collaborative member of the People team, contribute to ideas to improve the workplace.
Your Experience:
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development role.
- Experience providing general HR advice to managers and supervisors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders in an organisation.
- Clear and concise presentation skills both online and in person.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
