The Role
We're seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Residential Aged Care team. As a key facilitator of learning solutions, you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and address learning gaps, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have a current AHPRA registration (nursing) and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. You'll also possess strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods. With experience in developing and facilitating engaging learning programs, you'll be able to communicate effectively with various audiences and modalities.

Location
This is a full-time position based at one of our locations. You'll be required to supply proof of work rights, an Australian Criminal History Check, Evidence of Flu and Covid Vaccinations, and comply with Child Safety standards.
