Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary
WISE Employment is seeking a motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Content Developer for a nine-month contract to assist with the creation and enhancement of training modules for our NDIS service delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the NDIS team to identify and outline necessary training modules related to our service offerings.
- Create engaging and well-structured content for each module, ensuring it meets training and marketing standards.
- Revise and improve existing content to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
- Design session outlines and module structures that facilitate effective learning for support workers.
- Ensure all training materials align with compliance and organisational goals.
- Assist in the overall presentation and formatting of the modules to enhance user experience.
- Work within project timelines to deliver all content by established deadlines.
- Deliver training as required.

Requirements
- Have experience in instructional design, content development, or a related field.
- Have strong writing and editing skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Be familiar with NDIS frameworks and service delivery models is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver's license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
