We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Roster Clerk to join our dynamic support team at McLean Care. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing schedules, coordinating shifts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet client requirements. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to handle negotiations, enter data into our system, and provide general office support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in rostering or a similar field. Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing schedules and coordinating shifts
  • Negotiating shift changes with staff and clients
  • Entering client requirements into our system
  • Providing general office support

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year
  • Salary packaging (up to $18,900 net) to increase your take-home pay
