Automotive Service Advisor

For a dynamic and customer-focused automotive service advisor role within Macro Recruitment's network of clients, we seek an experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Salary and BenefitsSalary guide: $65,000 per annum plus potential bonuses based on performance and relocation assistance. About the RoleYour day will involve engaging with customers to discuss vehicle concerns and advising on necessary services or repairs. You will also coordinate service schedules and manage vehicle flow in the workshop, preparing precise job cards and ensuring accurate documentation. Additionally, you will translate technical information for customers and communicate needs to technicians, reviewing completed work for quality assurance and following up with customers.
