Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue at our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a vibrant community and inspiring others to discover their passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new business opportunities, customizing each interaction and conducting structured communication to ensure a great welcome and experience for every member at every opportunity.
  • Follow up with non-joiners to address concerns and re-book appointments to minimize cancellations.
  • Evaluate and adjust sales strategy based on performance trends to achieve operational excellence in all interactions.
  • Confirm next day's appointments with a personalized approach to proactively reach out to potential prospects and schedule appointments.
Leadership and Development:
  • Conduct regular meetings to coach, motivate, and develop the team, guiding new joiners towards personalized 1-1 sessions or group exercise classes.
  • Provide instant feedback to team members who do not offer exceptional service to uphold operational excellence.
Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members.
Duty Management:
  • Deliver an excellent joiner experience and tour every time for every guest to ensure a positive first impression.
