Job Description:

As a seasoned sales and marketing leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue and brand growth, leading a high-performing team, and building scalable processes. You will develop integrated strategies, set targets, build pipelines, and drive tender/bid responses.

You will oversee merchandising and conversion optimization for e-commerce, partner with operations and finance on pricing models, and commission research on seasonal demand, competitor activity, product trends, and pricing dynamics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual plans aligned to growth targets and the 2026 expansion roadmap.
  • Set targets, build pipelines, and drive tender/bid responses.
  • Oversee merchandising and conversion optimization for e-commerce.
  • Partner with operations and finance on pricing models.
  • Commission research on seasonal demand, competitor activity, product trends, and pricing dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
  • 7+ years' progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally in awards, print/promo, customized manufacturing, or e-commerce-led B2B/B2C environments.
  • Proven record of delivering revenue and market share growth, with strengths in enterprise/corporate accounts, government/education procurement, and partnerships.
