Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding quarterly targets in your assigned region.
You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with the cross-functional team to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance
- Provide input on product development and pricing strategies to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Able to travel regularly to meet with customers and partners
