We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead proactive revenue growth initiatives across our diverse portfolio. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to maximise revenue potential.
- Oversee Central Reservations, providing leadership and guidance to the Reservations Supervisor and team.
- Optimise distribution channels and inventory management to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial strategies that enhance profitability and the guest experience.
- Provide analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
About You:
- Experience in revenue management, ideally within hotels or hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in systems knowledge and attention to detail.
- Confidence working across multiple properties with different markets.
- A natural collaborator, able to lead, coach, and build strong relationships across teams.
- Commercially astute, with a passion for delivering results.
