Job DescriptionAs a Program Coordination Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management lifecycle, from preparation to closure. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders and bids, including compliance matrices, technical equipment reviews, and quotations from third-party vendors.
- Supporting the implementation of project execution plans and attending weekly progress meetings to ensure timely completion.
- Monitoring work in progress and preparing weekly reports on assignment status.
- Coordinating materials and logistics, including shipment and receipt at project sites.
- Collaborating with project-related personnel to ensure day-to-day progress and timely completion.
- Providing support to the Program Manager as required, including site surveys, quotation reviews, and risk assessments.
