Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordination Specialist to join our team at the Careerone Partner Network. This role will involve providing administrative support and coordination to installation managers, including project schedule management, policy updates, and tracking company projects.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $72,500 per annum, plus superannuation benefits. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program administration, leadership skills, and experience working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration: Provide timely and accurate administrative support to installation managers, including managing project schedules, policy changes, and tracking company projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify, log, and track project risks and issues, resolving them promptly.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Manage sub-contractor relationships, including initial scope review, proposal development, and final agreement.
  • Data Management: Maintain project data in our system, tracking capacity, new opportunities, and general project records.
Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AQF Diploma or higher education qualification.
  • Leadership skills and experience in a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication proficiency.
