This role will be working within the Central Coast Region, covering the Blue Haven, Springfield, Tuggerah Lakes and Wyong communities. You will coordinate the delivery of our most valuable programs – Learning for Life. The position involves establishing and maintaining Partner School relationships, facilitating successful program delivery, monitoring progress, planning and implementation, and providing feedback on programs and activities.

You will also work alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, continually monitor program delivery, ensure the database has accurate and up-to-date information, advocate for and answer enquiries relating to our educational programs, meet with fellow team members to discuss potential improvements that can be made to the programs, and work with community leaders to identify partnership opportunities.

This role requires a demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating programs / projects, proven experience in establishing and maintaining relevant partnerships, demonstrated experience in administration, holding a current drivers license, high level interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated capability to manage and plan own work to achieve identified goals within time constraints.
