Job Description

As a childcare program coordinator at TheirCare, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging programs for children in a before and after school care setting. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., ACECQA recognized).
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • A Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
  • Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training).
  • A Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
