About the Role

As a key player in our culture transformation, you'll be responsible for renewing our commitment to providing opportunities for Leaders to grow and develop. In this role, you'll take full responsibility for the scheduling, logistics, and communication of our leadership program events.

The ideal candidate will be a natural at stakeholder engagement and communication, with experience in program management and administration. You'll thrive in a role where you coordinate multiple events and supporting communications, drive engagement, and interact with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll be comfortable liaising with Managers and Leaders at all levels of the organization, adept at bringing to life the 'behind-the-scenes' elements that create great 'in-person' and online learning experiences.

With excellent communication skills and a human-centered design mindset, you'll approach problem-solving with systems thinking. If you're passionate about creating a more inclusive and skilled workforce, we want to hear from you.

We're offering a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, discounted financial products, and employee assistance programs.
