About the Role

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Specialists, Business Development Managers, and New Business Directors to grow our client base in Australia. Your primary goal will be to help onboard the right clients, ensuring they hit revenue and client acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the client base in Australia.
  • Analyze supplier onboarding processes and results to refine approaches and increase efficiency.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
  • Establish strong relationships with new suppliers, providing support and guidance throughout their partnership with Archi Pro.
  • Conduct deep dives into client data to identify trends and opportunities for potential and current partners.
  • Design and implement bespoke onboarding plans for major suppliers to ensure a tailored and effective introduction to Archi Pro's services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions.
  • Minimum of 10 years in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers.
  • Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals and ensure both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
