About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader who is ready to drive Well Minded Australia to new heights. As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organisation, maintain and enhance our reputation, expand income streams, onboard new participants, and foster strong industry partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide visionary leadership, collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement organisational strategy.
  2. Transform strategic plans into actionable business strategies with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all leaders, driving effective implementation.
  3. Lead the financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  4. Drive business growth by expanding clientele, growing income streams, building partnerships, recruit and lead high performing team members, and be involved in onboarding new participants.
  5. Cultivate positive public relations and establish trustworthy relationships with external providers.
  6. Develop and empower leaders, refine brand messaging, and optimise operational efficiency.
Your Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge and experience in the NDIS and disability sector. You should have a tertiary qualification in business or management, a proven track record of revenue growth and diversification, and expertise in monitoring and evaluation. A minimum of five years of senior leadership experience in the NDIS sector and three years of experience leading and managing teams are also required.
