With a strong focus on overseeing projects, we are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our initiatives across various industries. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and safety requirements are met, and delivering high-quality results.

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled project manager to oversee projects incorporating the latest technology in commercial interiors with sites spanning across Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management, effective communication skills, organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects across various industries, including education, travel, gaming facilities, and medical uses.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders regarding timelines, labour/material requirements, and ensure WHS and Quality is maintained throughout.
  • Ensure compliance, permits, and safety requirements specific to each site are met.
  • Meet deadlines and organise labour effectively across multiple different skill sets of tradesmen and management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management across relevant mid-tier projects.
  • Effective communication skills to all levels of stakeholders and relevant parties.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to multi-task across different projects at the same time.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and organise labour effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, and high level of integrity.
