At a leading renewable energy and infrastructure company, we're partnering to deliver large-scale projects across Australia. This renowned player excels in design, construction, and maintenance.

The Site Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating sub-contractor services for civil works packages across various projects, including roads, earthworks, trenching, fencing, and more. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring construction programs, HSEQ, and time requirements are met through effective supervision of subcontractor services.
  • Completing reporting requirements in established systems to manage productivity expectations.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and management teams over site-based issues.
  • Building relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, consultants, regulators, and key community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The successful Site Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Supervising and coordinating subcontractor services to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  2. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) regulations.
  3. Managing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  4. Providing support to project managers and site teams as required.
