About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government facilities, ensuring the delivery of hard and soft services within the associated state.

This position involves taking full accountability for all operations activity within client premises and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities include promoting a safety-first culture across all service lines, acting as a single escalation point for sites, and managing site-level performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and maintain a commitment to Zero Harm across all service lines.
  • Act as single escalation point for sites where our organization does not have a dedicated site representative.
  • Accountable for site-level performance metrics in alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Responsible for contract variations and scope management in alignment with business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an operations manager within a similar environment, with exposure to service line management.
  • Experience in the delivery of contract services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Technical and commercial competencies in commercial and industrial type facilities.
