About the PositionThis role oversees security protocols, manages team welfare, and ensures exceptional customer service. The Security Supervisor coordinates daily site operations and acts as the primary liaison between the SOC and the Concierge Security team.
The position involves monitoring designated areas to prevent security breaches and disturbances, escalating incidents promptly to the SOC as required.
This includes recording incidents, communicating effectively with teams, providing direction during emergencies, delivering training, and complying with policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure seamless integration with other teams
- Manage team welfare and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee security protocols and implement new procedures as needed
The successful applicant will have strong verbal communication skills, ability to stay calm during emergencies, and proficiency in security software and incident reporting tools.
A strong understanding of security protocols and procedures is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
