Operations Coordinator – Laverton (On-site, 30 hours/week)

About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Laverton team on-site. This is a part-time role offering 30 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are structured. You'll be supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, dynamic site and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and you'll play a key part in keeping things on track.

What you'll be doing:

  • Raising and managing purchase orders and supporting invoice reconciliation
  • Coordinating facility maintenance, site services and small projects
  • Managing invoicing and supporting with financial administration
  • Answering phone calls and attending to visitors on-site
  • Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Keeping things moving by supporting the site with a range of operational needs

About you:

You'll need to be confident, capable of juggling priorities, and comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life.   • Experience working with accounts, invoicing, purchase orders and reconciliation
  • Someone who's organised, proactive and resilient, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confident with people and comfortable dealing with all kinds of personalities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Prior experience in operations, facilities, or site-based admin would be a bonus
  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative team, sharing ideas, and pitching in to help others when needed.
