We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, supervising a large seasonal workforce, and supporting the planning and execution of scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance activities.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in managing teams, with experience in supervising seasonal workers during peak periods. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and be comfortable working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day workflow of the team
- Support to attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with growers, customers, local community groups and internal stakeholders
- Assist the Site Manager to implement and review site targets and participate in site financial planning
- Support the resource planning for grain receival / outload activity during peak and off-peak periods
- Supervise a large seasonal workforce during our busy harvest intake periods
