
Reward Strategy Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute a loyalty strategy that drives customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in category management or retail loyalty, with experience in designing and creating loyalty offers that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the loyalty roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Designing and creating loyalty offers, including events, sign-up benefits, and category-specific promotions
- Managing relationships with external parties to create loyalty benefits and offers
- Monitoring and assessing reward store range and performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience in category management or retail loyalty
- Marketing or business tertiary qualification
- Experience working with loyalty programs and managing small teams
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, incorporating reporting and analytics
- Able to demonstrate an agile mindset and adapt to changing business needs
