About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Leader to join our team at Icon Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our centralized IT Service Desk, located in our global head office in South Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the team is efficiently and effectively executing its operational deliverables, activities, and tasks.
  • Identify, lead, and drive continual improvement of all facets of the IT Service Desk service and operations.
  • Provide effective team management and rapidly build relationships across the organization.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in an IT Support environment with a proven ability to keep a team engaged and motivated.
  • Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of common IT hardware, software, and applications used within a corporate environment.
  • Passion and dedication for service with an ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within an organization.
