Service Desk Consultant Role Summary
We are seeking a Service Desk Consultant to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As a Service Desk Consultant, you will provide level one help desk support to dealership customers who need support using the DMS system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries through multiple channels of communication
- Participation in training to ensure that up to date knowledge is maintained
- Effectively communicate with customers to ensure end-to-end service is delivered
- Capture all interactions with customers within digital ticketing systems
- Identify and provide feedback of improvement opportunities
- Multitask and prioritize jobs to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Work side by side with the current team, to ensure that great customer service is provided
- Ensure customer issues are resolved, through end-to-end communication
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Friendly disposition and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in a dealership environment is highly desired
- Experience with a DMS is highly desired
- Desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience with Jira software is highly desired
About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a negotiable salary dependent on experience. Once you are on top of your duties, the ability to work from home one day per week will be available. We offer ongoing training and a positive work environment.
