Client Relationship Manager

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Establish and nurture robust client relationships to accurately assess their insurance requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Perform comprehensive risk evaluations to suggest suitable coverage alternatives.
- Manage policy renewals, execute coverage assessments, and guide clients on necessary modifications to their insurance portfolios.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects through strategic networking and referrals.
- Negotiate favorable terms with insurance providers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Support clients throughout the claims process, advocating for their interests with insurance companies.
- Adhere to industry regulations and internal protocols in all client engagements and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in underwriting, claims, and other departments to deliver holistic insurance solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of Tier 1 broking certification (mandatory).
- Over 5 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Demonstrated success in building and sustaining client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
