About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at AU008 Marsh Advantage Insurance Pty Ltd. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and servicing our prestigious clientele, delivering personalized insurance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a portfolio of existing High Net Worth clients, achieving retention and growth targets, while maintaining overall profitability and client satisfaction.
- Strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor, developing and converting new business opportunities.
- Expand the range of products and services held by existing clients, responding to and actioning day-to-day communications in a timely manner.
- Meet agreed portfolio retention rates, achieve financial targets for new and expanded business, and follow up on correspondence in a timely manner.
- Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts, carrying out account management tasks, and interacting with internal senior professionals and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mitigate account concerns or issues encountered, address problems in a timely manner, and apply judgment as to when and what to escalate up to senior level colleagues.
- Reports to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure a mutual understanding both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a private client insurance broker
- Superior Customer Service Skills, Effective Communication Skills, both oral and written, Strong Literacy and Numeracy Skills, Superior attention to detail with strong multi-tasking abilities, Ability to priorities and organise own workload, and Willingness to build long lasting relationships with clients.
- High level of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills.
